These Terms of Use ("Agreement") set forth the general Terms of your use of the soultribenow.com website ("Website"), "Soul Tribe!" mobile application ("Application", “App”) and any of their related products and services (collectively, "Services"). This Agreement is legally binding between you ("user", "you" or "your") and the Website operator and Mobile Application developer, “Soul Tribe! Connect LLC” ("Operator", "we", "us" or "our"). By accessing and using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you are entering into this Agreement on behalf of a business or other legal entity you represent, you have the authority to bind such entity to this Agreement, in which case the terms "user", "you" or "your" shall refer to such entity. If you do not have such authority, or if you do not agree with the terms of this Agreement, you must not accept this Agreement and may not access and use the Services. You acknowledge that this Agreement is a contract between you and the Operator, even though it is electronic and is not physically signed by you, and it governs your use of the Services.
Although we are very proud of our creation and would like to grow and expand our community of conscious creators, you must be at least 18 years of age to use the App. If you are less than 18 years of age, we ask that you do not open an account with us. If we become aware of any minors or anyone under the age of 18 who has created an account with us, we will take necessary steps to terminate their account.
You can create an account using manual registration or using a third-party login system (for example Facebook, Apple, or Google). Such third-party processors' use of your Personal Information is governed by their respective privacy policies which may or may not contain the same privacy protections as this Agreement. We suggest that you review their respective privacy policies.
We are excited to promote high vibe businesses, products, and services within our community. If you register to advertise within the App, you acknowledge that you have the legal right to promote and sell the products, goods, or services which you advertise on the App. We are not responsible for any fraudulent business, products, goods, or services. We hold the right to deny any business from promoting on the App if they are found to be fraudulent or if the business, products, goods, or services do not represent the community we serve.
It is our hope that you join our Tribe and stay within our community! However, if you would like to deactivate your account, you can contact us at contact@soultribenow.com, and we will be able to deactivate your account for you. After deactivating your account, it may take a little while for your content to be completely removed from the App. Your profile information will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
If you create an account on the Services, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account and any other actions taken in connection with it. We may, but have no obligation to, monitor and review accounts registered and given access to the Services. Providing false contact information of any kind may result in the termination of your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized uses of your account or any other breaches of security.
We will not be liable for any acts or omissions by you, including any damages of any kind incurred because of such acts or omissions. We may suspend, disable, or deactivate your account (or any part thereof) if we determine that you have violated any provision of this Agreement or that your conduct or content would tend to damage our reputation and goodwill. If we deactivate your account for the foregoing reasons, you may not re-register for our Services. We may block your email address and Internet protocol address to prevent further registration.
In addition to other terms as set forth in the Agreement, you may not use the Services to publish content or engage in activity that is illegal under applicable law, that is harmful to others, or that would subject us to liability. This includes but is not limited to:
We want to provide a safe and welcoming community for everyone within our vortex of fun and conscious creation! You can report or complain about a user’s content by contacting us.
You can also report a user by using the report option on their profile or in the chat. We reserve the right to investigate any possible violations to these Terms and our user’s rights and we may, in our sole discretion, deactivate any user’s profile or terminate any user’s right to use of the App without prior notice, and/or remove any improper, infringing or otherwise unauthorized content submitted to the App.
We encourage users to share their most authentic selves to develop deeper and more conscious connections. In addition to the Prohibited Uses above, when it comes to connecting with others and sharing about yourself, please be mindful of the following:
We do not own any data, information, or material (collectively, "Content") that you submit on the Services while using the Services. You shall have sole responsibility for the accuracy, quality, integrity, legality, reliability, appropriateness, and intellectual property ownership or right to use of all submitted Content. We also are not obligated to save your Content, so you are responsible for saving any important information.
You are responsible and liable for Your Content and will indemnify, defend, release, and hold us harmless from any claims made in connection with Your Content. We may monitor and review the Content on the Services submitted or created using our Services by you. You grant us permission to access, copy, distribute, store, transmit, reformat, display, and perform the Content of your user account solely as required for the purpose of providing the Services to you. Without limiting any of those representations or warranties, we have the right, though not the obligation, to, in our own sole discretion, refuse or remove any Content or advertisement that, in our reasonable opinion, violates any of our policies or is in any way harmful or objectionable. You also automatically grant us a non-exclusive, royalty free worldwide license to use, reproduce, adapt, modify, publish, or distribute the Content created by you or stored in your user account for commercial, marketing, or any similar purposes whether in whole or in part and in any format or medium currently known or developed in the future.
Other beautiful souls like yourself, will also be sharing Content within our App. Members Content belongs to the user who shares the provided Content. You do not have any rights to the Content of other users. You are only allowed to use users’ personal information to the extent authorized by the App for the purposes of matching and meeting with users and communicating within Mini Tribes. You may not use the information of other users’ for the purposes of spamming, harassing, stalking, making threats, or for commercial uses.
The rest of the Content appearing on Soul Tribe! belongs to Us. So, this includes but is not limited to, any animations, artwork, logos, text, graphics, content, and other intellectual property within the App including all software and databases and are protected by law. All rights, title, and interest in and to Our Content remains with us at all times.
We grant you a non-exclusive, limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable, right to access and use Our Content, without the right to sublicense, under the following conditions:

It is our intention to continue to provide you with the best social and dating experience possible. At times there may be service interruptions and updates which may lead to the App or Website being temporarily unavailable. We will always do our best to get our Services back up and running as soon as we can! For information regarding any service interruptions, always check your email. These Terms shall commence on the date you accept them and remain in full force and effect while you use the Services. These Terms will continue until terminated in accordance with the terms herein. Without limiting any other provision of these terms and conditions, we reserve the right to, in our sole discretion and without notice or liability, deny access to and use of the Site and App, as well as advertise within the Services (including blocking certain IP addresses), to any person for any reason, including without limitation for breach of any representation, warranty, or covenant contained in these Terms of Use or of any applicable law or regulation. We may terminate your use or participation on the Site and App, as well as advertising within the App, or deactivate your account and any content or information that you posted at any time, without warning, in our sole discretion.
If we deactivate or suspend your account for any reason, you are prohibited from registering and creating a new account under your name, a fake or borrowed name, or the name of any third party, even if you may be acting on behalf of the third party. If you believe your account or content was deactivated in error, you can contact us and we will investigate further. In addition to terminating or suspending your account including all its contents, or any advertisements you promote within the App, we reserve the right to take appropriate legal action, including without limitation pursuing civil, criminal, and injunctive redress.
We are excited to offer premium features to our App users as well as provide a vibrant place for the beautiful souls within our community to advertise their amazing businesses and services! All charges will be billed through third-party billing services. Such third-party processors may have terms and policies which differ from ours, and we suggest that you review them here.
From time to time, we may offer our premium features to our App users on a free trial basis. When Services are offered on a free trial basis, payment will be required after the free trial period ends.
Advertisement subscriptions will allow advertisers to promote two advertisements a month within the App. Advertisements are subject to approval before they are accepted and promoted within the App. We reserve the right to deny businesses or advertisements from being promoted within the App. For Advertisement help, please email us at contact@soultribenow.com, or fill out a contact form.
If auto-renewal is enabled for the Services you have subscribed to, you will be charged automatically in accordance with the term you selected. Your subscription will continue until the end of the subscription period for which applicable fees have been paid. Auto-renewal will continue to renew unless you cancel your subscription. Your auto-renewal may be canceled by you at any time. We reserve the right to change features, products, and pricing at any time. Once payments are made, we do not offer refunds.
All Content shared and advertisements you would like to promote within the App are your responsibility. You agree to indemnify and hold Us and our affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors harmless from and against any liabilities, losses, damages or costs, including attorneys' fees, incurred in connection with or arising from any third-party allegations, claims, actions, disputes, or demands asserted against any of them as a result of or relating to your Content or promotional advertisements, your use of the Services, or any willful misconduct on your part.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will We or Our affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers or licensors be liable to any person for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, cover or consequential damages – including without limitation, damages for lost profits, revenue, sales, goodwill, use of Content, impact on business, business interruption, loss of anticipated savings, loss of business opportunity, and claims of third-parties in connection with your access to or use of Our App, Site, Content, or Members Content- however caused, under any theory of liability, including, without limitation, contract, tort, warranty, breach of statutory duty, negligence or otherwise, even if the liable party has been advised as to the possibility of such damages or could have foreseen such damages. You hereby waive all claims resulting from your use of the App or Site. If certain States do not allow the disclaimer of implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of certain types of damages, these provisions may not apply to you. If this Limitation of Liability is found to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, our Aggregate Liability shall not exceed one hundred (100) dollars. You agree that the Limitations and Exclusions of Liability and disclaimers specified herein, will survive even if found to have filed their essential purpose.
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement or its Terms relating to the Services at any time, effective upon posting of an updated version of this Agreement on the Services. When we do, we will send you an email to notify you. Continued use of the Services after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.

Notwithstanding any other provision of these Terms, your access the Services, or your relationship with Soul Tribe! Connect LLC are governed and interpreted by the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute concerning any question of fact and/or law arising under these Terms or your relationship with Soul Tribe! Connect LLC which is not disposed of by agreement shall be governed, interpreted, and decided by a Court of competent jurisdiction of the State of New York in accordance with the laws of the State of New York.
You acknowledge that you have read this Agreement and agree to all its terms. By accessing and using the Services you agree to be legally bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the terms of this Agreement, you are not authorized to access or use the Services.
